Instructor bio:
I started quilting 26 years ago, after I sold my flower shop, Flowers By Candlelight, in Layton, Utah. It had been in business for 22 years. I’ve been doing wool applique for ten years and started dying wool eight years ago. I own a wool business called Eyeful of Wool. It is a home-based business in St George, Utah. I dye wool and supply several quilt stores in Utah. I also sell my wool, kits, threads and patterns by appointment only in my home, and at shows.
I am a vendor and a wool applique teacher. I love working with wool, and love teaching others to love it as much as I do.
I have my own pattern line with several patterns designed with my darling sheep. I have wall hangings, banners, table runners and also a monthly sheep block of the month celebrating holidays. My passion is wool and everything about wool. I love to share all that I have learned during the ten years that I have doing wool applique.
