Instructor bio:

I began my quilting adventure twenty-three years ago. I had a desire to make quilts for my children and grandchildren, to leave them as part of my legacy. But, once I started, I couldn’t stop! I worked and taught classes for a while in Ogden, and then moved to St George, where I started working at Scrap Apple Quilts a week after moving here in 2014.

I became interested in wool in 2017. Scrap Apple only had a limited supply of wool at that time, and so I decided if I was going to have more variety, I would have to learn to dye my own wool. So it all began… dying wool! Shortly after that, I decided to start dying wool to sell. I have a home business and supply wool to several quilt stores and many wool appliqué friends. I love creating wonderful colors, to use in wool applique. It’s a most satisfying and addicting passion!
