Class Description: It might not be winter just yet, but these mittens are shouting skiing, tubing and all the other fun activities snow related. The Cold Front pattern is a fun make, maybe a little more challenging. This quilt would be such a scrappy, low volume quilt, one made of solids or any themed winter prints. In class we will be working on one of each mitten.

Quilt finishes 64” x 73”

When: Friday, June 7 - 2:00 to 5:00 pm

Skill level: Intermediate

Pattern/Kit Fee: Cold Front by Wren Collective, you will need to purchase your pattern before class. Pattern can be purchased on the Wren Collective website.

Supplies/Fabric Requirements:
Mittens - 12 fat quarters or 14 yard cute (Solids and non- directional works best for the mittens. Include light, medium and darks.)
Background fabric - 3 1/8
Backing - 4 yards
Binding - 5/8 yard

Instructor bio:

My name is Shannon White I have been quilting for over 20 years. I am from Spanish Fork, Utah. I love teaching and sharing my talents with others. Some of my dearest quilting friends are those that I have met at the Panguitch Quilt Walk. I am known for my easy quilt and bag classes. Myself and a close friend sponsored our own quilt retreat named Cabin Fever for over 5 years. I now sponsor my own retreat each year called It’s Sew Shannon’s Quilt Retreat. I am addicted to quilting!
