Hello Fall - Meredith Harris

Instructor Contact: meredith@davesbernina.com or 435-656-1498

Class Description: Fall is my most favorite time of year, with the color changes of leaves, pumpkin pie, and Christmas right around the corner. I saw this quilt and totally thought of the Fall. This is an awesome project for one of those fat quarter bundles in your stash, (that we all have haha) a little background fabric and a couple of rulers. This will be a great way to practice your quarter square triangles and learn to use the Wing Clipper Ruler small flying geese Ruler. Great way to master your piecing techniques.

When: Thursday, June 6 - 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Skill level: Beginner

Instructor bio:

I can’t even remember when I actually started sewing. As I watched my
mother sew everything from clothing to crafts and as I grew up under a quilt being tied by my mother and grandmother, I never questioned that I could do the same. I received my first sewing machine 38 years ago and I haven’t stopped sewing for my own kids, grandkids and many others, including a professional porcelain doll maker. I continued to explore with crafting and quilting and found that it is something I have always loved. I moved to St George where I started working with Dave’s Bernina and for the past 7 years, I have found how much I really love quilting, appliqueing, embroidering, crafting, and teaching what I love to do. I currently continue to be a part of Dave’s Bernina family and doing what I love most.
