Class Description
Criss cross applesauce!! Come have fun and make this cute "Maypole" Quilt by Suzy Quilts. This isn't your typical square block quilt, so you will learn a new technique with strips to make a fun crossing design. For this class you will need to have some experience and be at least 10 years old. We will be providing Bernina sewing machines. The red and teal quilt is made by Kairle Oaks -Virgin River Quilt Co.
*This class is three sessions- your child needs to attend all three to complete the projects*

My name is Ashley Smith and I have been teaching kids camp here at Panguitch for several years now and I love it! A little about myself- I am married, and we have the cutest little boy named Ridge! My parents own Dave's Bernina, so I've been in the sewing world for a long time now. When I was little, I used to take the kids camps at Bernina and I loved it! Then when I was about 15, I started teaching them. It's so much fun to teach these sweet kids how to sew. It's something I truly enjoy! I love sewing so much and I love sharing my passion with others.
