Class Description
If you love a classic Log Cabin quilt and would like to make one in a new, easy, non traditional way, you will want to take this class! We will be making a beautiful Log Cabin quilt on EasyPiecing Grid, which was developed by Carmen Geddes of Tensisters Handicraft. Once you learn this technique, you will be able to make an endless number of quilts!
Pattern/Kit Fee
Kit Fee: $70 (received in class)
Pattern Fee: $10 (received in class)
Kit includes 14 panels of EasyPiecing Grid. I will email students to find out what size of EasyPiecing grid they choose.

Supplies/Fabric Requirements
Choose 3 lights and 3 darks for a traditional Log Cabin quilt block. You can use the same “block” each time or use different light and dark fabrics. I will email students the fabric yardage once I know which size of quilt they would like to make. The 3 different size options are 42" x 42", 63" x 63" OR 84" x 84".
Additional information:
Students may choose to create every "Block" with the same light and dark color combination or create a scrappy version with different fabrics for each light and dark "block".
Further instructions regarding class preparation will be emailed by your instructor after registration.

Heather Dunn has been sewing and quilting for many years. She loves fabric and designing her own quilts. Teaching is definitely a passion of hers and teaching others how to make a quilt is at the top of her list! Heather works closely with Carmen Geddes of TenSisters Handicraft, creator of the EasyPiecing Grid. Making quilt samples you'll find within the pages of TenSister's pattern books, Heather has become an expert with the EasyPiecing Grid technique. She is a mother of five incredible children and splits time residing in Utah and California.
