Quilts don’t get much easier than this! One large star makes a stunning (and easy!) quilt. Quickly sewn with big, easy blocks (no “Y” seams), this quilt can be made as a table topper, lap-size or bed-size quilt. Class discussion will include some of Deonn’s best tips for precision and speed-piecing, using directional prints, and how to create precise pre-cut mitered corners on borders.

She spent many hours in the sewing room with the women in her family, and eventually her own triplet daughters, who have become accomplished quiltmakers themselves. As a pattern designer, quilt-maker, and teacher, it is Deonn's personal quest to discover and share time- and budget-saving tips, tricks, and tools that simplify the process of quilt-making, especially for "newbies"
