This vibrant quilt will knock your socks off! You could go pastel but why? Black and white checkerboard piecing is the perfect complement to the bright colors.
Dimensions
44 x 44
3/4 yd of white (I’ve used Kona Snow)
1-1/2 yd black (I’ve used Kona Black as it is truly black and if you need more it is always the same color as are any of Kona’s colors)
Fat quarters or scraps of colors. I’ve used three colors in each block. If you use fabric you already have you must be able to cut at least a 4” square
A 6”x12” ruler
Rotary cutter and mat
A quarter inch foot for your machine
A 12-1/2” square up ruler—I will share—no need to buy one especially for this class.
A 6-1/2” square up ruler. There are many of these rulers available. I like the rulers from Deb Tucker's Studio 180 Designs best but bring what you have and we'll make it work!
Further instructions regarding class preparation will be emailed by your instructor after registration.
