Class Description: What do you do when you have scraps overflowing the bin? You make a Posh Penelope of course! This is such a fun block to make and once you get the block down you can make the basic ¼ block in 15 minutes and an entire block in about 1 hour. Make one after every project and soon you’ll have an entire quilt finished.
