Primrose and Proper

Primrose and Proper - Melissa Corry

Instructor Contact: happyquiltingmelissa@gmail.com

Class Description: Primrose and Proper is a delightfully whimsical quilt!! It combines a Primrose Block (the larger floral block) and a Proper Block (the smaller floral block) and offsets both with adorable tiny cornerstone floral blocks. This quilt is Fat Quarter friendly so it’s easy to pick a bundle or grab from your Stash, and I recommend adding Low Volumes to the Bloom Center of your Primrose Block, it really makes the flowers pop!! Come learn no-waste flying geese, stitch and flip corners, and the tricks to get all those perfect points. There are lots of size options, so you can make the size project that works just right for you. Whatever size you choose, you are sure to have a finish that is absolutely stunning!!! So come sign up, we are going to have a great time!!!

Project size: The Primrose and Proper Pattern offers 6 sizes. A baby size measures 39” x 38” and is comprised of 4 blocks. A lap size measures 56” x 73” and is comprised of 12 blocks. A picnic size measures 73” x 73” and is comprised of 16 blocks. A twin-size measures 73” x 90” and is comprised of 20 blocks. A queen size measures 90” x 90” and is comprised of 25 blocks.
